How long is the delivery time?

We ship 1-3 working days from the time the payment is cleared. Transit time may take 1-2 working days within Metro Manila, 3 to 4 for provincial addresses. No rush shipping.

We may ship your items on different batches depending on the availability of our items from our warehouse.

What are the payment methods?

Do you do meet ups?

No. We do not do meet ups.

Do you accept resellers?

Resellers are welcome. For more details on how to be a reseller, please send us an email at momandmillyshop@gmail.com.

Do you ship on weekends & holidays?

We only ship orders during weekdays. Saturday, Sundays and holidays are not included.

Do you accept rush shipping?

We do not accept rush shipping. Orders are released within 1 to 2 days after payment is confirmed.

Do you have a physical store?

We don’t have a physical shop as of the moment. We operate solely through our online page.

What are your terms for refund?

We only accept refunds if the items we sent you is incorrect. We do not accept refunds for customer error. Damaged items while in transit can be replaced, if reported within 2 days upon receiving the item, but the customer will have to shoulder shipping fees to & from the warehouse. We always check & properly pack the items before we ship your orders.

How can I track my order?

We usually send waybill & tracking numbers once your items has been shipped from our warehouse. Kindly track your packages from the respective couriers before asking us for an update. We are not liable for any delays caused by the courier.

How do I add a product to my shopping cart?

To add a product to your shopping cart, simply click the “Add to Cart” button located beside the product’s image.  This will automatically add the item to your cart.
